The Old School

Enter the heritage old school suite through your own external access and experience the elegance and privacy of this spacious suite.  With 12 foot ceilings and fireplace the suite is furnished with a tasteful mix of quality reproduction and antique furniture and fittings.  There is reverse cycle heating and cooling and in the cooler months you will be welcomed with your own romantic fire.

The large, period style bathroom comes complete with a separate shower, period vanity and cast claw foot bath.  To further add to your comfort you will find bathrobes, toiletries, extra towels and quality linen on the bed.

There is a separate tea and coffee making area complete with bar fridge, pod coffee maker and tea making facilities including a variety of teas, coffee and biscuits.  The fridge is stocked with chilled water and fresh milk just before your arrival.

For your convenience the suite has WiFi access, a TV/DVD player, books in the cupboard, a valuables safe, hair dryer and iron and ironing board.  You can choose from a wide selection of DVD’s.

Your outside seating area is on the verandah overlooking the garden.  Feel free to walk around the garden, there are several seats under the shade of trees to sit, relax and take in our stunning views.

Indulge in our substantial breakfast with fruit from our orchard (fresh or preserved dependent on the season), freshly squeezed fruit juice, cereals, including homemade muesli, and a selection of home made jams and preserves followed by a cooked breakfast.

The Old School is a non-smoking bed and breakfast and is unsuitable for children.  Sadly pets are not allowed.
